2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA; it is delivered through Vercel's content delivery network and server-side functions run in the Frankfurt am Main region. On access, server log files are processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer and browser type. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure and performant operation. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR including EU standard contractual clauses is in place with Vercel; Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Log retention: Speicherdauer Logfiles laut Vercel-Plan{{TODO: Speicherdauer Logfiles laut Vercel-Plan}}.

3. Contact and quote forms

Through the contact and quote forms we process your name, company, phone number, email address and — depending on the service chosen — collection and destination addresses and shipment details, the addresses you are moving from and to and details of the goods, or the building address, floor area and cleaning frequency, as well as your notes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for the consent we ask for. The data are used to handle the enquiry and carry out the job; commercial and tax retention periods remain unaffected. Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by email through the provider Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany); a data processing agreement is in place with Brevo.

4. File uploads

You can attach files to enquiries, such as floor plans or photos. They are delivered to our mailbox as email attachments and used solely to process the matter in question; they are not stored permanently on the web server. Please do not upload files containing special categories of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR unless the matter requires it. Deletion: Löschfrist Uploads{{TODO: Löschfrist Uploads}}.

5. Job applications

We process application documents on the basis of § 26 BDSG and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in order to run the recruitment process. Once the process is complete we delete the documents after Aufbewahrungsfrist Bewerbungen{{TODO: Aufbewahrungsfrist Bewerbungen}}, unless you have agreed to longer storage.

6. Cookies and consent

Technically necessary cookies are set under § 25(2) TDDDG without consent; this includes storing your cookie decision. Everything else loads only after your consent under § 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect via the cookie settings.

7. Analytics

For analytics we use Plausible oder Matomo, self-hosted{{TODO: Plausible oder Matomo, self-hosted}}. No data is transferred to third parties and no cross-device profiles are built. Measurement starts only after you consent.

8. Maps

The map is rendered with MapLibre GL. Map tiles come from the OpenStreetMap Foundation (St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom). When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to that provider. The map therefore loads only after your explicit consent. We do not use Google Maps.

9. Contact via WhatsApp

If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. processes your data under its own terms, over which we have no influence. A transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out. Use the phone or email if you would rather avoid that. We send status updates by WhatsApp only if you explicitly ask us to.

10. Recipients

Vercel Inc. (hosting), Brevo / Sendinblue GmbH (email delivery of form submissions), OpenStreetMap Foundation (map tiles, only after consent). weitere Auftragsverarbeiter — Buchhaltung, Analytics{{TODO: weitere Auftragsverarbeiter — Buchhaltung, Analytics}}

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the competent one here is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

12. Version and changes

This policy is dated Datum{{TODO: Datum}}. We update it whenever our processing changes.
