An office move is the relocation of workstations, files and equipment with one goal: that work can start on the first day in the new office. We plan it so the business loses as close to no days as possible — usually over a weekend.

Survey appointments are available on weekdays and Saturdays. For flats of up to two rooms a video walk-through on a smartphone is usually enough.

Situation
A tax advisory firm with twelve workstations moves to larger premises within Darmstadt. Client appointments run until 5 pm on Friday and from 8 am on Monday.
What happened
Friday from 5:30 pm disassembly and removal, files in sealed containers. Saturday set-up to the room plan, Sunday fine-tuning. Monday at 7:30 am every workstation stands at its number.
