Removals
A typical job
Situation
A family moves from a three-room third-floor flat in Bessungen to a terraced house in Griesheim. The old flat is handed back the following Monday.
What happened
Survey on Tuesday, quote on Wednesday, parking permits applied for at both addresses. Saturday: a crew of four with a crew leader, loaded by 11:30 am, beds and wardrobes assembled by 4:00 pm, handover report. Sunday final clean of the old flat, Monday handover.
Questions
Questions about this service
As early as possible — month ends and Saturdays are in highest demand. The city usually needs one to two weeks' notice for a parking permit; shorter deadlines we sort out case by case.
Then we talk about it before loading, not afterwards. A fixed price covers the goods that were surveyed; anything extra is named and itemised beforehand.
