Three levels, one fixed price
No package prices that turn out not to fit on moving day. You choose how much we take on; the price for it follows the survey — fixed, in writing, with no surcharges that are not in the quote.

How it works
How a move with us works
Four steps from the request to the handover of keys. From the survey to moving day you have one contact — the person who saw your flat and leads the crew on the day.

Survey
On site or by video. We look at the goods, access routes, floors and parking — the things that determine the price.
Free and without obligation. For small flats a video walk-through on a smartphone is enough.

Quote
In writing, with scope, crew size, vehicle and price. As a fixed price on request.
Extras such as packing, furniture assembly or disposal are itemised separately.

Preparation
We apply for the parking permit, deliver boxes and materials and sort out lifts and access with the building management.
You get a checklist of what has to be packed by when — or we pack it ourselves.

Moving day
A fixed crew with a crew leader loads, drives, carries and assembles. At the end we walk through both homes together.
The handover report records that everything has arrived. Only then do we invoice.

Most moving-day trouble starts before moving day: a package price without a survey, no parking permit, a crew seeing the flat for the first time, and afterwards an invoice with lines nobody mentioned. So we start earlier and finish later.
- Fixed price after the survey
- We do not quote without having seen the goods — on site or by video. What we saw is in the quote, and the price for it does not change on moving day. No flat rate that turns out not to cover it.
- One crew, one crew leader
- The person who did the survey leads the crew on moving day. Everyone is employed by us; we never pass a move to subcontractors.
- Move and final clean from one supplier
- The old flat has to be handed back broom-clean or cleaned. Our own cleaning team does that the day after the move — no second company, no second appointment, no second invoice.

- Removal goods are insured beyond the statutory liability of 620 euros per cubic metre (§ 451e HGB). For artwork, instruments and particularly valuable pieces we agree higher cover in advance.

Questions
Frequently asked about removals
For flats of three rooms or more, houses and offices, yes — a quote without a survey is a guess, and guesses get expensive on moving day. For smaller flats a video walk-through on a smartphone is enough, where we go through the rooms together. Both are free and without obligation.
As early as possible, especially for Saturdays and month ends. Two to three weeks' notice is comfortable; most towns need one to two weeks for the parking permit. Short-notice moves and small moves are possible within a few days depending on capacity — call us.
Yes, for the scope surveyed. What we saw at the survey and listed in the quote costs exactly that on moving day — regardless of whether the lift breaks down or the crew takes longer. Only what is added and was not surveyed is named beforehand and agreed separately. There is no extra billing after the move.
On request, yes, in full or in part — just the kitchen and the books, for example. We deliver boxes, packing paper, wardrobe boxes and bubble wrap in advance, and the crew packs the day before the move or on the day itself. The packing service is itemised separately in the quote.
Yes. Removal boxes, book boxes, wardrobe boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap and tape are delivered to the flat in advance. They are included in Comfort and full-service moves and itemised separately for a Basic move. We collect the empty boxes after the move.
Yes. We apply for the no-parking zone with the town or municipality, put the signs up in good time and take them down again afterwards. The authority's fees are itemised in the quote. Without a reserved zone the carrying distances get longer, and that costs more than the permit.
Yes: wardrobes, beds, shelving, kitchens and office furniture. Every part and fitting is labelled during disassembly so reassembly works without searching. We do not do electrical, gas and water connections that require a licensed trade.
We take them away and dispose of them properly — bulky waste, electrical appliances, timber, separated and with documentation. Usable furniture we pass on to charities on request. Disposal is itemised by volume in the quote.
Saturdays as standard, Sundays and public holidays by arrangement — many office moves happen exactly then. Whether and which surcharges apply is stated in the quote beforehand; nothing that is not in there is charged.
Tell us as soon as you know. Up to the deadline stated in the quote we reschedule free of charge; after that we charge only costs actually incurred by then, such as a parking permit already applied for. A postponement because of illness or a flat handover we almost always resolve without extra cost.
No. Goods travel in removal blankets and stretch film, upholstery and mattresses in protective covers, floors and stairwells are covered. In the event of black ice or a severe weather warning we talk to you the day before about postponing — safety comes before the date.
Report it to us, ideally on moving day at the handover report, at the latest within the statutory deadlines. Removal goods are insured beyond the statutory liability up to {{TODO: Versicherungssumme Umzug}}. For particularly valuable items we agree higher cover in advance.
Under certain conditions yes, if the move was approved beforehand. The authority usually requires several written estimates. We issue a quote in the form the Jobcenter needs and settle directly with the authority on request. Ask the Jobcenter before the move — nothing is covered retrospectively.
Yes, with our own cleaning team — that is the advantage of three services under one roof. The move-out clean makes the flat ready for handover: kitchen inside and out, bathroom descaled, windows, floors, radiators, with a photo report for the landlord. Included in the all-inclusive move, otherwise bookable on its own.
