Every job is priced individually and confirmed in writing. Courier runs within 15 minutes, removals and cleaning after a short survey. No price list, no hidden surcharges — what the quote states is what is charged.

What a courier run costs
Four things decide what a run costs — across the Rhine-Main region and nationwide alike. All four are in the quote before you book.
- 01Distance
- The distance actually driven from the collection address to the destination — not as the crow flies, not a zone. Within Darmstadt, across the Rhine-Main region or as a direct drive anywhere in Germany: we deliver nationwide, and the price follows the kilometres.
- 02Timing
- Now, today or by appointment. Night, weekend and public-holiday runs are priced separately and stated up front.
- 03Shipment
- Envelope, parcel or pallet. What the cargo bike can carry costs less than what the Sprinter has to come out for.
- 04Requirements
- Temperature control, waiting time at the recipient, delivery with signature and photo, higher insurance cover.
Removals
What a move costs
The price of a move depends on four things we see at the survey. That is why there is no quote without a survey — and with one, a fixed price on request.
- 01Volume
- The volume in cubic metres determines the vehicle and crew size. A two-room flat fits in a van; a house needs a lorry.
- 02Access
- Floor, lift, carrying distances, parking. A fourth floor without a lift costs time, and time is the price.
- 03Distance
- Within Darmstadt, across the Rhine-Main region or nationwide. Long-distance moves include travel time and, where needed, the crew's overnight stay.
- 04Extras
- Packing service, furniture assembly, parking permit, disposal, final clean. Each itemised separately, none of them compulsory.
Cleaning
What cleaning costs
Regular cleaning is billed as a monthly flat rate, one-off cleans at a fixed price. Both follow from the cleaning schedule we write after the site visit.
- 01Area and use
- Square metres, floor types, number of washrooms, headcount and visitor traffic. An open-plan office is cleaned faster than a practice of the same size.
- 02Frequency
- Daily, several times a week, weekly or monthly. More frequent cleaning is cheaper per visit, because less dirt accumulates.
- 03Times
- Within normal working hours, in the evening or at the weekend. Night and Sunday work is itemised with the statutory supplements.
- 04Scope
- Maintenance cleaning alone or with glass cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning on a fixed schedule. All of it is in the cleaning schedule.
What you can rely on
- The written quote is binding. What it states is what is charged — nothing more.
- Courier runs: an answer within 15 minutes during business hours. Removals and cleaning: a reply within one working day, a quote after the survey.
- Surcharges apply only when they are stated in the quote.
- Private customers receive gross prices including 19 % VAT, business customers net prices.
- Business customers with regular jobs get individual terms in a framework agreement and one monthly invoice — across all three areas.
