About Avero Services
Avero Services is a Darmstadt-based service company for the Rhine-Main region. We carry shipments that do not belong in a parcel network, move homes and offices and keep buildings clean — with our own teams, no subcontractors and one number for everything.
About us
Why three services under one roof
Avero started as a courier service: one vehicle, one driver, one route, for shipments too important or too urgent for a parcel network. The customers — laboratories, law firms, practices, property managers — soon asked about the next thing: can you move the office too? Do you know someone who cleans the new premises?
We decided not to know someone, but to do it ourselves. A move and a clean are, like a courier run, services where almost everything depends on whether someone reliably turns up at the agreed time, works carefully and is reachable when something is wrong. That we can do.
The Rhine-Main region is the right place for it: dense enough that three teams based in Darmstadt are in Frankfurt, Mainz and Wiesbaden every day, and full of companies that would rather have one supplier than three.

Courier
Express courier, direct drives nationwide, medical and document transport, cargo bike courier in the city centre, scheduled runs. Collection in Darmstadt in 60 minutes.

Home, office and senior removals, small moves, furniture assembly and clearance. Survey, written quote, fixed crew with a crew leader.

Office, maintenance and stairwell cleaning on a schedule, deep, post-construction and glass cleaning one-off or regularly. Cleaning schedule, fixed staff, service record.

Insurance and licensing
Courier runs are covered by carrier liability insurance with Versicherungssumme{{TODO: Versicherungssumme}} per claim, removal goods by transit insurance up to Versicherungssumme Umzug{{TODO: Versicherungssumme Umzug}}, cleaning work by public liability insurance up to Versicherungssumme Reinigung{{TODO: Versicherungssumme Reinigung}}. Higher cover is agreed in writing beforehand. Whether the courier operation requires a road haulage licence depends on the permissible gross weight of the vehicles and will be settled before launch.
A city centre without exhaust
Inside the ring road we move shipments up to 25 kg by cargo bike. On removals we avoid empty runs through route planning, and in cleaning we use dosed, certified cleaning agents and microfibre systems instead of disposables.
