Right of withdrawal

The following notice applies to consumers who conclude a contract for our services at a distance or away from business premises.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise this right you must inform us by means of a clear statement. Sending the notification before the period expires is sufficient.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days. If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

Early expiry

For a services contract, the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided we only began performance after you gave your express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal on full performance. With express runs and short-notice cleaning or removal dates this is regularly the case.
