A single invoice per month across all services, broken down by cost centre on request, with VAT itemised.
A named contact
One person who knows your addresses, access arrangements, contacts and quirks — and the drivers, crews and cleaners working at your sites.
Agreed response times
Response times for additional runs, short-notice move dates and re-cleans, confirmed in writing.
