Full-service move: the all-inclusive move
A full-service move is a move where you do nothing yourself: we deliver the materials, pack every box, take furniture apart and put it together, drive, fill the cupboards in the new home, dispose of what does not come along and clean the old flat for handover. For people who have no time, must not lift, or simply want to sit in a finished home on the evening of moving day.

Survey appointments are available on weekdays and Saturdays. For flats of up to two rooms a video walk-through on a smartphone is usually enough.

A typical job
Situation
A couple relocates for work from Darmstadt to Frankfurt; both work until moving day. The old flat has to be handed back cleaned three days later.
What happened
Thursday the crew packs the flat, Friday the move with assembly and unpacking until the evening. Saturday our cleaning team cleans the old flat, Monday handover with report. The couple packed two boxes themselves: the ones with the things nobody else should touch.

On a home move you pack yourself and we carry and drive; extras such as packing and assembly can be added individually. On a full-service move everything is included — from the materials to the packing to the final clean — and you do not even need to be present on moving day.
Only three things: sort out what should not come along, keep valuables and documents yourself, and tell us where things go in the new home. For that you get a room plan from us with numbered rooms.
